These terms govern the software, hardware, training, and infrastructure services provided by LOGICBLOOM TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
Acceptance of Terms
Engagement in any business transaction with the company constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All software code, operating systems, and training modules developed by the company remain our property until full and final payment is received.
Usage of Data Centers
Clients using our data processing centers must ensure their data is legal. We reserve the right to suspend services for any data violating Pakistani law.
Training Enrollment
Students must adhere to the training schedule and code of conduct. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for disruptive behavior without a refund.
Payment Terms
Standard terms for hardware trade are 100% upfront. Software and infrastructure projects require a 50% deposit and 50% upon delivery/milestone.
Import/Export Regulations
All trade in software and hardware is subject to the permission of relevant Pakistani authorities and international trade laws.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any data loss, profit loss, or business interruptions resulting from software bugs, server downtime, or hardware failures.
Consultancy Advice
While we provide professional IT consultancy, the implementation and business results of said advice are the sole responsibility of the client.
Infrastructure Installation
Clients must provide a safe environment for our technicians during the installation of infrastructural facilities.
Warranty
Custom software includes a 90-day bug-fix warranty. Hardware carries the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all technical and financial information shared during the project strictly confidential for a period of 5 years.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Karachi.
