LOGICBLOOM TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides a range of products and services. Our refund policy is categorized as follows:
Software Development
Once a software application or operating system module is delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued.
Consultancy Services
Fees for IT consultancy and data processing strategy sessions are non-refundable once the sessions have been conducted.
Hardware Returns
Physical hardware (servers, computers, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of purchase only if the factory seal is intact. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Defective Hardware
Hardware found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s policy; no cash refunds are provided.
Training Programs
Students may request a full refund for EDP or software training courses up to 48 hours before the first session. Once training begins, no refunds are issued.
Imported Goods
For hardware specifically imported on a client’s request, the initial deposit is strictly non-refundable due to international logistical costs.
Milestone Payments
For custom software projects, payments made upon the completion of a development milestone are final and non-refundable.
Infrastructure Facilities
Costs associated with the installation of incidental infrastructural facilities (cabling, server racking, etc.) are non-refundable once labor has commenced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 to 21 business days.
Administrative Deductions
All approved refunds are subject to a deduction of bank transaction charges and administrative processing fees (approx. 5%).
